Premier Transportation Services is a 24 hour operation with contacts and partners worldwide. You can call us from London for a car service or airport transfer in Rome and you will always reach a live representative to help you - anytime, any day of the week, any date throughout the year.

Additionally, through the Premier App (Apple or Android), a traveler or person booking the transportation can make, change, modify or cancel a run. However, many of our clients simply use the app – after a reservation has been booked via email or a phone call – to monitor their chauffeur’s whereabouts through talk to text and GPS. Invoices and past history, too, can be seen on the Premier app.



Lastly, our worldwide clients rely on the technology of our livery package (software) to assist in communication. Texts and emails are sent – based on the client’s preferences – updating the both the person booking and traveler of the status of the run: On the Way, Arrived, Customer in Car, Done……received – in real time - all from the comfort of your office or home.
